Rock climbing is a thrilling activity that anyone can enjoy, regardless of their previous experience. Contrary to popular belief, it doesn't require a lot of strength.

We welcome all fitness levels for this trip, but we recommend a basic fitness that allows you to hike 5-30 minutes and the willingness to try standing on your toes on a quartzite wall. If you become tired on the wall, you can always lower back down, take a rest, and try again. So why not give it a try?
